History: Randy was born in Gilbert, West Virginia, and moved to Washington State in 1952. He was the middle child of Dolly V. Rife and Thomas C. Stacey, and bother to Beverly A. James L. Teresa Elaine and Thomas C. Stacey Jr. He was a imaginative, intellegent, friendly and generally very cheerful. He loved any outdoor sport, including skiing. He liked to read, hunt, fish, play his guitar, go camping, and try anything new, at least once. He had a great love for music and a wonderful sense of humor that included an amazing ability to remember and tell jokes on a daily basis. He had so many friends.... Everyone loved him and valued his friendship. He graduated from Mt. Tahoma High School, Tacoma, WA in 1969. In 1970, he married his childhood sweetheart, Kathleen Taylor, in Hawaii. He served his Country in Viet Nam, in the US Airforce. He moved to Payson, Arizona in 1977, to start a NAPA Auto Parts business with his brother, Jim. The two of them were busy making a new life in Payson when Randy was fatally injured in an Auto accident, in Jan. 1978. A deep void has been left in the hearts and minds of all those he left behind.. We think about him everyday, but also rejoice in the knowledge he is in the arms of our Heavenly Father, where we will all meet again, one day.. Charitable Donations should be made to:
